Accountabilities:
The Accounting Manager will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting,



and process improvements while supporting business growth through accurate analysis and solid financial controls.
Manage daily bookkeeping activities, general ledger accounting, and accounting operations.
Lead month-end close processes and prepare accurate financial statements.
Perform bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including budget and forecast variance analysis.
Track financial KPIs, operating performance metrics, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Support budgeting activities, rolling forecasts, cash flow projections, and capital planning.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including vendor payments, billing, and collections.
Monitor cash balances and support treasury management and liquidity planning.
