Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Support Assist in managing a team of I2C analysts or associates. Monitor daily team activities including billing, cash applications, collections, and dispute management. Support training and onboarding of new team members. Encourage a collaborative and high-performance team culture. 2. Process Oversight Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, cash allocation, and collection of receivables. Monitor KPIs like DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), aging reports, and collection efficiency. Identify and escalate process gaps or risks in the I2C cycle. 3. Customer & Stakeholder Management Liaise with clients/customers to resolve disputes or delays in paymen
