Job Overview:
The Business Intelligence Governance & Portfolio Alignment Lead is responsible for establishing and operating governance processes that ensure Business Intelligence (BI) work is clearly defined, appropriately prioritized,



and aligned to the right capabilities, skill sets, and delivery resources.
This role partners closely with Business Intelligence Demand, Product, Delivery, and Support leaders to drive enterprise‑level intake discipline, performance measurement, and resource alignment, ensuring the Global BI organization consistently delivers high‑value outcomes with transparency, predictability, and accountability.
What You Will Do:
Responsibility for Business Intelligence governance and portfolio alignment frameworks supporting enterprise BI delivery across GBS+ and corporate domains
Own and continuously improve the BI intake and governance process, ensuring work entering the portfolio is clearly defined, assessed, and aligned to enterprise priorities
Establish and maintain enterprise BI performance metrics, including portfolio health, delivery predictability, throughput, capacity utilization, and value realization
