Job Title: Production Intern
About the Role:
If you’re someone who enjoys being on set more than just watching content online, this might be for you. As a Production Intern at Confluencr, you’ll work closely with our in-house production team to bring digital-first content to life - from planning to shoot execution
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and execution of shoots for brand and creator content
Support on-ground production activities including set preparation and coordination
Handle and manage production equipment (camera, lights, audio gear, etc.)
Ensure all equipment is accounted for, maintained, and ready for use
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, talent, and operations) for shoot requirements
Help in managing shoot logistics – locations, props, schedules, and permissions
Be actively involved during shoots to ensure smooth execution
Assist in basic production documentation and inventory tracking

Requirements:
Strong interest in content production, shoots, and digital media
Basic understanding of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment




Willingness to work on-field and be part of shoot environments
Good organizational and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setup
Prior internship/project experience in production is a plus

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with production equipment and setup
Basic understanding of social media content formats (Reels, YouTube, ads, etc.)
Problem-solving attitude during on-ground execution
Team player with a proactive approach
