Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
Lead the technical architecture design for Salesforce applications
Implement best practices for Salesforce development
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
Knowledge of Salesforce integration and customization
Experience with Salesforce Lightning components
