Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented BPO Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for customer service, voice, non-voice, technical support, and back-office roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring timely closures and a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Source, identify, and attract qualified BPO candidates
Utilize a variety of sourcing methodologies to find top talent
Build strong relationships with potential candidates
Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer
Maintain accurate records and reports
Conduct bulk hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and campus recruitment activities as required.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
Requirements
Requirements:
1 to 5 years of experience in BPO recruitment
Robust understanding of BPO recruitment processes.
Expertise in sourcing methodologies (e.g., Boolean search, social media recruiting) is add on advantage
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations across multiple levels.
Target-driven and results-oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
