Quality Control Technician (SGR)
BHIWADI, India | Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Technician to oversee the Quality & operational process checking parameters from raw material to finish valuable of slide gate refractories. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum reliability, efficiency, and safety.

Qualifications s Skills:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Ceramic Engineering.
2-5 years of experience in Refractory & allied ceramic industry.
Knowledge of raw materials, testing equipment & testing parameters of materials.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Your role

Ensure and check quality and process parameters of slide gate refractories on daily basis.
Process Parameters check sheet maintain.
Analysis of rejections and find out RCA.
Collaborate with production team to minimize the rejection rate.
Maintain accurate records of Process activities and prepare reports.

Compliance s Safety

Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, safety standards, and environmental norms.




Implement best practices for workplace safety and risk management.
