The Role
This is not a one-dimensional marketing hire. We're looking for someone who has done the work - across channels, across markets, across industries. You will own the full marketing function: from how we position ourselves in the US market to how we build brand presence globally. You'll work directly with the founders and the GTM team to drive pipeline, build authority, and make WeLaunch impossible to ignore.

What You'll Own
Positioning & Messaging
Define and own WeLaunch's positioning, value proposition, and messaging across all products and service lines
Translate complex AI capabilities into explicit, compelling narratives for US enterprise buyers
Maintain messaging consistency across every channel and touchpoint
Content & Thought Leadership
Build and execute a full content calendar - long-form,



short-form, video, newsletters, case studies, whitepapers
Ghostwrite founder content and manage personal brand strategy for leadership
Drive SEO strategy and organic growth through high-quality, targeted content
Performance & Growth Marketing
Plan and run paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta - you must understand how to spend money efficiently
Own funnel metrics, CAC, conversion rates, and attribution reporting
A/B test messaging, creative, and landing pages relentlessly
Brand & Design Direction
Maintain and evolve the WeLaunch brand identity across all markets
Brief and manage design output for campaigns, pitch materials, and digital presence
Ensure the brand looks and feels premium in every market it operates in
Sales Enablement
Build pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and case studies that the sales team actually uses
Create outbound sequences and ABM materials for target accou
