Quantity Take-offs:
Measurement of BOQ Items: Conduct quantity take-offs for Bill of Quantities (BOQ) items based on project drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate and thorough measurements.
Collation of Quantities: Organize and compile measurements into a comprehensive BOQ for project use, maintaining clarity and precision in documentation.
Documentation Management: Ensure all quantity-related documentation is maintained accurately and kept up to date for reference.
Cost Analysis:
Market Research: Research and obtain market rates for materials and labor to support project budgeting.
Rate Analysis Support:



Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor in preparing rate analysis of items by providing data and documentation as required.
Cost Reporting: Participate in preparing cost reports and forecasts based on collected data and prevailing market trends.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Min 7-9 years’ experience in quantity surveying
BOQ drafting experience is a plus.
Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Auto cad. Familiarity with cost estimation software is a plus.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team
