Job Title: Senior Account Manager – US IT Staffing (Strategic Integrator Accounts)

Location: Remote, India

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with a strong background in US IT Staffing to manage and grow our Strategic Integrator (SI) accounts .

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, driving account growth, and working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and growing existing SI enterprise accounts.
- Identifying opportunities to expand business across our service portfolio, including Staffing, SOW, Executive Search, Fractional, AI Native Services, PODs, and Healthcare Staffing.
- Collaborating with recruiting, delivery, and sales teams to ensure successful execution.




- Building strong relationships with client stakeholders and serving as a trusted partner.
- Traveling to client locations whenever required.

We are looking for someone with:

- Experience managing enterprise or Strategic Integrator (SI) accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for customer success.
- The ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
- Flexibility to travel as business needs require.
