We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Academic Counsellor to lead student admissions and counselling activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to guide students toward the right career path while achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Convert walk-ins, website inquiries, phone calls, and online leads into successful admissions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Conduct career counselling sessions and follow-ups with prospective students.
- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational partners.
- Coordinate seminars, career guidance workshops, and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion strategies.
- Mentor junior counsellors and ensure high-quality counselling standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, multimedia careers, and institute offerings.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA or Master's degree preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, education sales, or a related field.
- Experience in the education, training, or ed-tech sector will be an added advantage.
