Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and supervise all security operations within the manufacturing facility.

- Manage and monitor security guards, gate operations, and shift deployment.

- Control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.

- Ensure proper verification of inward and outward movement of raw materials, finished goods, and company assets.

- Conduct routine security patrols across the factory, warehouse, offices, and perimeter.

- Investigate theft, misconduct, security breaches, and other incidents, and submit detailed investigation reports.

- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and coordinate prompt responses to security alerts.

- Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and emergency response procedures.

- Coordinate with local police,



emergency services, and government authorities whenever required.

- Conduct security risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.

- Lead fire safety, emergency evacuation drills, and crisis management activities.

Preferred Experience :

- Retired Police Officer, Army Personnel, Military Veteran, or other Armed Forces personnel.
