Job Summary

We are looking for disciplined and vigilant Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, equipment, and project premises during the construction and operational phases of a manufacturing Comapany. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, alert, and capable of maintaining a secure environment while adhering to company safety and security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Control entry and exit of employees, contractors, visitors, and vehicles.

- Verify identity cards, visitor passes, and vehicle documents.

- Patrol the project site regularly to prevent unauthorized access and security breaches.

- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities.

- Maintain records of visitor entries, vehicle movements, and security incidents.

- Protect company property, machinery, tools, and materials from theft or damage.

- Conduct baggage and vehicle checks as per company security policies.

- Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, accidents, medical incidents, or security threats.

- Coordinate with the EHS team and local authorities during emergencies.

- Ensure compliance with company security procedures and site rules.

- Assist in crowd control and traffic management within the project premises.

- Report all incidents, unsafe conditions,



and security violations to the Security Supervisor.

Qualifications

- Minimum 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).

- Valid security training certificate (preferred).

- Ex-servicemen or experienced industrial security personnel will be preferred.

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience as a Security Guard in manufacturing plants, construction sites, industrial projects, or commercial establishments.

- Experience in greenfield manufacturing projects will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Good observation and surveillance skills.

- Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.

- Ability to maintain records and prepare incident reports.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.

- Basic knowledge of fire safety and first aid is preferred.

Working Conditions

- 8/12-hour rotational shifts, including night shifts.

- Outdoor and indoor security duties.

- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
