Job Description Summary
FA Hub Analyst is an entry-level analyst within the CMFA Pool, providing on-time, high-quality analyses. Analysts will primarily perform analysis activities, including creating Argus cash flow models, rent roll audits, data gathering, and data quality reviews.

About the Role:
Assist in executing financial analysis and modeling requests, ensuring adherence to quality and timeliness standards.
Analyze lease documents to extract pertinent details for preparing lease abstracts for different property types.
Prepare DCF models in Argus Enterprise using the lease documents, Rent Roll, Budget, Financials, Recovery Schedule, and client-provided assumptions.
Audit existing financial models for accuracy of inputs and validity of assumptions and collaborate with the onshore team to finalize assumptions.
Perform market research to analyze property and market conditions, and present findings clearly and concisely.
Grasp the nuances of commercial property valuation to identify relevant information.
About You:




Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
2-5 years of experience in lease abstraction, financial analysis, and modeling within Commercial Real Estate
Proficiency with Argus Enterprise and other discounted cash flow tools (e.g., Rockport Val) required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
Proficient in English, both verbal and written, for effective communication with onshore team members
Robust analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Capability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
