Supply Chain Mgr – Global Distribution Operations
What you will do
In this vital role, you will lead a team of Supply Chain Subject Matter Experts responsible for Operations Support and Reverse Logistics Order-to-Cash activities across our regions. The team supports the movement of products from customers and external partners back to Amgen sites, while also providing operational, compliance, analytical, and continuous-improvement support to the Global Distribution Hubs.
You will be accountable for day-to-day execution, team capability, workload and resource planning, process performance,



compliance, and continuous improvement. Working with a high degree of independence, you will translate business priorities into transparent operating plans and ensure that internal and external stakeholders receive reliable, compliant, and high-quality supply chain support.
You will partner closely with senior management, Finance, Information Systems, Quality and Compliance, Customer Experience, Commercial teams, Global Transportation Excellence, distribution sites, warehouses, logistics service providers, and transportation service providers.
