The Senior Solution Analyst – Finance (Financial Planning & Forecasting) plays a critical role in enabling Sandoz’s finance transformation by translating business requirements into robust, compliant, and scalable technology solutions. The role partners closely with Finance stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of financial planning and forecasting solutions within a regulated setting.

Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partner with Finance business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to Financial Planning & Forecasting.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical solution designs aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of technology solutions, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Ensure seamless integration between financial systems (including SAP) and upstream/downstream platforms.
Act as a key liaison between Finance, IT, external vendors, and delivery teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Drive testing and quality assurance activities, including test strategy, test execution, and defect resolution.
Maintain comprehensive documentation covering solution design, configurations, processes, and validation evidence.
Support end-user training, post-go-live stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
KPI: Successful delivery of finance solutions meeting business requirements, quality, compliance, timeline, and budget expectations.
