Accountabilities:
The Senior Legacy Conversion Consultant will play a key role in analyzing,



migrating, and modernizing enterprise applications while supporting technical delivery across complex transformation programs. Responsibilities include:
Analyze and assess legacy applications, particularly those developed using CA Gen, to determine modernization and migration strategies.
Execute application migration projects using automation tools and structured conversion approaches.
Apply technical enhancements, fixes, and optimizations throughout the migration lifecycle.
Define migration approaches for application components, including database access, online transactions, batch processing, user interfaces, and application architecture.
Support phased migration strategies and deliver converted applications across various target platforms, including mainframe environments and modern technology stacks.
Validate migrated applications to ensure functional consistency, performance, maintainabilit
