What you´ll do
Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
Understand the supply modules & support for forecasting, supply chain coordination. Handling distributors in the territory.
Customer Engagement: Identify and target potential B2B customers, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Project management through Henkel CRM system (ACE).
Need Assessment: Collaborate with customers to comprehensively assess their specific requirements and challenges, aiming to uncover opportunities for the company's solutions.
Conduct in office visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to showcase the value proposition.
Solution Design: Customize product or service offerings to align with the customer's needs,
create detailed proposals, including specifications, pricing, and project timelines.
Channel Sales Support: Work closely with channel partners to support the sales cycle,



providing technical expertise during client meetings, negotiations, and the closing of deals.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and project details. To coordinate with Inside sales & Customer service, Supply chain. Forecasting, supplies co-ordination for the team. Update daily activities in the ACE System.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry certifications, training, and knowledge development to enhance technical and sales skills.
What makes you a good fit
Minimum experience of 6 months (freshers are welcome)
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Automobile Engineering/ chemical engineering, or a related field.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. (EXL/PPT skills)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
