What would you do? The Workforce Administration Associate will process incoming requests received through emails or any other application.



These requests include resolving and/or completing service requests and working collaboratively with the team members, other internal teams, Third Party vendors or Client. Process and strategy of providing and managing human resources services and information to employees within an organization. This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions

What are we looking for? "

Relevant years of experience into business experience in workforce data administration activities ( Job changes, exits, leave of absence etc)
Knowledge of MS Office and Excel skills would be a plus Experience supporting Australian clients, with specific exposure to the airline sector Knowledge of SuccessFactors EC module"
