Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the adoption of current testing technologies and methodologies to enhance automation capabilities.
Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing objectives with business goals.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks and scripts.
