Ability to meet hiring targets while maintaining quality and adhering to timelines. Recruitment tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Excel, and reporting dashboards. Analytical skills: Ability to track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness. Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where hiring priorities can change quickly. Compliance and ethics: Following company policies, maintaining candidate confidentiality, and ensuring fair hiring practices.
