As a Network and Services Operations Representative, a typical day involves configuring, integrating, and overseeing the entire life cycle of telecommunication network elements. This role includes managing associated configurations across both Fulfillment and Assurance processes. The position requires maintaining accurate back office system data records and providing essential support for customer activations and configuration modifications. The role demands continuous coordination to ensure smooth network operations and timely adjustments to meet evolving service requirements,



contributing to overall network reliability and customer satisfaction.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to optimize network element configurations to enhance operational efficiency.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on network service objectives.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
