What would you do? The HR Portal Content Management Associate supports the maintenance and upkeep of HR portal content to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistency.



The role involves assisting in content updates, publishing activities, and routine audits across HR knowledge bases and portals. Working under guidance, the associate collaborates with HR and content teams to ensure information is aligned with policies and enhances employee self-service experience.

What are we looking for? "

Relevant years experience in content support, HR operations, or administrative roles
Freshers with relevant internship/project experience can be considered "
Graduate in any discipline
"Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time"
Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., SharePoint or similar) is a plus
Positive written communication and attention to detail
Ability to follow defined processes and guidelines
Basic knowledge of document formatting and content structuring
Strong organizational and multitasking
