What would you do? The Learning & Development Content – Analyst (CL11) is responsible for developing learning content based on detailed design specifications and established instructional standards.



The role supports the creation of effective learning assets across digital, virtual, and instructor-led formats, ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives. This role works under moderate supervision and collaborates closely with instructional designers, graphics, and technology teams. Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. Develop learning activities and supporting materials according to the content design plan.
