What would you do? Customer Operations - Voice refers to customer support activities conducted over the phone. It involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance through verbal communication. The goal is to offer direct and personalized support to customers. Recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolving or assigning incidents and service requests based on defined scope of support. Manage unplanned interruptions to restore normal service operations as quickly as possible for voice interactions.
