What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Employee Services refer to the support andRead, understand,



and analyze client processes as per business rules.

Process employee tickets and service requests related exit process for resignations, terminations, and retirements, policy queries via HR systems and ticketing platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow)
Support the payroll to process final settlements, full and final calculations, and statutory dues. Validate notice period buyout, leave encashment, and deductions per policy.
Address queries from exiting employees regarding exit formalities and documentation.
Ensure a smooth and professional offboarding experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including exit admin structures
Execute the process accurately and timely as a hands-on processor.
Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems
Ensure LWI’s are followed and updated regularly and train the team members on process updates.
Perform “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faces and sugges
