Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Digital Commerce Manager to own and drive performance across D2C, marketplaces, omnichannel and quick commerce platforms. This role requires strong business ownership with hands-on experience in running digital commerce or a major category, with accountability for revenue, traffic, conversion, AOV/ATV, and customer experience metrics. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams across business, marketing,



technology, design, supply chain, customer support, etc. to deliver seamless digital shopping experiences and drive revenue growth. Product management capability is a valuable additional skill, and exposure to AI / GenAI or advanced analytics-led initiatives is a strong differentiator.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end performance of digital commerce and drive growth for our clients
Deliver revenue growth by enhancing the customer experience and optimizing for conversion, engagement and retention
Lead and manage a team to deliver business outcomes
Define and execute category strategies (assortment, discovery, content, visibility, etc.)
Partner with cross-functional teams to enable and deliver experiences / journeys
Use data, insights, and experimentation to prioritize and solve problems
Stay up-to-date with e-commerce and digital trends to guide innovation
Contribute to product roadm
