Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of current processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:

As a Release Manager, you will facilitate Agile Release Train events and processes, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and addressing any progress impediments. Your typical day will involve managing risks, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating closely with Product/Solution Management and Product Owners to align strategy with execution, fostering a productive and productive environment for all team members involved in the project.

Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
Ability to manage and mitigate risks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
