Job Summary

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking a Data Scientist to develop analytical models and insights that optimize retail media campaign performance and advertiser outcomes. This role sits within the Industrial & Resources practice and focuses on designing, delivering, and scaling advanced analytics solutions across complex commercial environments, enabling data-driven decisions through rigorous modelling, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities

Shape the Analytics Centre of Excellence:



Help define and implement the advanced analytics roadmap. Share knowledge and experience across the team and train and develop junior team members to build overall capability.
Drive Stakeholder Collaboration & Prioritisation: Collaborate with stakeholders across Analytics, Commercial, and Technology streams to deliver solutions to key business problems. Prioritise analytics projects in line with overall business objectives and serve as a trusted advisor by cultivating solid stakeholder relationships.
Lead End-to-End Delivery: Design and implement new algorithms to meet business needs. Lead analytics projects to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in accordance with agile project methodology.
Integrate Analytics into Commercial Execution: Develop processes that streamline the integration of analytical outputs into campaign implementations, enabling efficient and measurable commercial outcomes.
