What would you do? Team Lead is responsible for managing a claims processing team, ensuring operational performance, quality, productivity,
and employee development Lead and manage a team of approximately 15-20 Claims processors. Allocate work and balance workloads across team members. Monitor daity production and ensure service levcl commitments are met. Act as the first point of escalation for claim processing issues. Provide processing support during high-volume periods. Ensure claims are processed accurately and in compliance with client Medicare, and organizational guidelines. Conduct quality reviews and provide feedback to team members. Identify quality trends and implement corrective actions. Set performance expectations and monitor productivity. Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews. Develop action plans for performance improvement Recognize and reward high performers. Manage attendance, adherence, and employee engagement. Prepare and review operational reports and Track KPls.
