What would you do? The Performance Management Associate supports the delivery of Performance & Career Management services by processing employee and manager requests accurately and efficiently. The role focuses on transactional execution,
adherence to defined processes, and timely resolution of performance-related service requests while ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and a high level of customer satisfaction. Support workforce behavior in alignment with the organizations business strategy by designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes: strategic planning; supply demand; hiring and sourcing; on-boarding and integration; training and development; objective-setting and performance management; and compensation and rewards.
What are we looking for? "Relevant years of experience in HR Operations or shared services environment
Exposure to Performance Management or HR transactional processes is an advantage"
Bachelor’s degree (B.A / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech or equivalent).
