What would you do? The Compensation & Benefits Analyst is responsible for delivering end-to-end compensation and benefits services, ensuring accurate processing, compliance with policies,



and timely resolution of employee and client requests. The role involves interaction with employees, managers, and client stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert for compensation and benefits processes while driving process efficiency, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for? Years of experience into HR Operations experience

Prior exposure to Compensation & Benefits or Workforce Administration processes preferred"
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred) "
Strong understanding of Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations processes
Knowledge of salary structures, allowances, incentives, and employee benefits administration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with focus on data accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Experience working with HR systems
Strong written and verbal
