What would you do? As a Media & Graphics Team Lead, you will manage a team of designers, oversee project delivery, and ensure design quality across digital learning solutions.



You’ll guide the graphic design team on developing rich visual experience across all learning products. You will manage the efforts, quality and timelines across all deliverables.Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and growth opportunities. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.Develop learning activities and supporting materials according to the content design plan.

What are we looking for? Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field. Certification in UX Design, Interaction DesignWork Experience:
