What would you do? CF Operations Contractor Exchange is a platform or service that connects businesses with independent contractors or freelancers. It facilitates the hiring process by allowing companies to find, evaluate,



and manage contractors for various projects. The goal is to provide a streamlined way to access skilled professionals on a temporary or project basis. An institutional process that maximizes performance levels and competency for an organization. The process includes all the activities needed to maintain a productive workforce, such as field service management, human resource management, performance and training management, data collection, recruiting, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling and analytics.
