Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the adoption of best practices in test automation and quality engineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and contribute to project goals.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align testing efforts with overall project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to ServiceNow environments.
Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration
