What would you do? To support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle by sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, ensuring smooth coordination, compliance, and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.



The role owns identification of talent needs, sourcing across channels, and closing requisitions with quality hires within agreed turnaround times.

Hands-on experience with the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in corporate, GCC, or shared-services hiring.
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Taleo.
Strong sourcing skills across job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), employee referrals, and internal talent databases.
Ability to establish solid client and stakeholder relationships across hiring managers and HR partners.
Ability to handle disputes, manage escalations, and drive resolution with professionalism and ownership.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent requisitions across levels without loss of quality or turnaround.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively across geographies and fun
