What would you do? The Global Mobility Admin Associate is responsible for executing and supporting global mobility processes, including immigration, relocation, and assignment administration for employees moving into or within Australia.



The role involves managing mobility cases, coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring compliance with Australian regulations. In an airline industry context, the role additionally supports mobility operations for crew and high-travel employees, ensuring efficient handling of travel documentation, regulatory requirements, and scheduling-related coordination.

What are we looking for? Relevant years of experience in HR operations, global mobility, or relocation support roles

Experience in handling end-to-end case management or coordination activities preferred
Exposure to airline, travel, or high-mobility workforce environments is an added advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
