Role Summary:

Supply Chain System Analyst is responsible for helping to analyze and bridge the gap between our global supply chain operation s and our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a person who has extensive experience in the Plan to Pay (P2P) lifecycle including SIOP, Materials Planning, PFEP, S ourcing and Pr ocurement workflows.





The c andidate will assist in the development and creation of an efficient Supply Chain systems architecture, ensuring that our technology stacks (ERP, SAP IBP, Ariba SRM and AI-driven tools) align with our supply chain business processes. The candidate should be a tech-forward skilled who is not only comfortable with traditional project management processes and tools but also actively exploring Generative AI and learning the use of AI driven models for supply chain focused workflows.

RESPONSIBILITY

Process Optimization
Analyze and map complex “As-Is” and “To-Be” supply chain process, focusing on Planning, Sourcing, Procurement and Procurement Management cycles.
Develop cases and functional specifications.
Data translation
Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for IT development teams, ensuring solutions are scalable and robust.
