What would you do? Lead the technical execution and delivery of CRM and omni-channel marketing campaigns across multiple marketing technology platforms. Collaborate with campaign, marketing, analytics,



and technology teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable campaign solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to campaign developers and operations teams throughout campaign development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. Ensure campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and adoption of marketing technology best practices. Support troubleshooting, incident management, and resolution of campaign-related technical issues. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates on campaign delivery, risks, and dependencies. Contribute to the development and maintenance of campaign standards, technical documentation, and operating procedures.
