What would you do? Demand and Supply Analyst is responsible for managing tactical demand signals, executing forecast uploads into planning systems (Blue Yonder / SAP IBP), supporting NPI and EOL planning,
and partnering closely with Sales, Supply Planning and Category managers to drive end-to-end execution excellence.
What are we looking for? Candidate should have 3 to10 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and Analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and cross functional teams Proficienct in ERP systems Understanding of supply chain and order fulfillment processes Hands on with Demand & Supply Planning and Order Management Ability to analyze data to bring meaningful insights Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple orders simultaneously Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve order issues Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Domain skills: -Demand management, Supply allocation, and End to End Order M
