What would you do? Primarily responsible for the daily deliveries with quality to meet/exceed the agreed SLA. Ensure that Client Focus, timely delivery & Strict adherence to SOP are maintained.
Co-ordinate between Client & Offshore team to ensure all SLAs are met. Backed up with good Knowledge on Commercial lending & Credit Services, should be able to handle client calls on a daily/weekly basis effectively. Drive Client Value Creation and move towards Intelligent Operations. Adhere to all values & policies of Accenture and ensure that all team members follow the same. Spend time with the team members addressing their concerns/areas of improvement and create a team bonding leading the greater efficiency & commitment.
