Qualification: Graduate Training and Service Rehearsals Lead the training and service rehearsal activities for their process areas Train BPO process SMEs Help the transition management teams to plan, coordinate and monitor successful execution of training and SRT Monitor training and service rehearsal results and progress and help the transition team resolve issues and gaps

Global Design Provide end to end process expertise input to the process team’s global design preparation Drive and compile leading practices, and process design considerations incorporating build to operate efficiency design principles Provide input into the technology enablement (Workday) and assist in identifying automation opportunities and address process administration gaps Provide input, where needed on service delivery components needed for policy harmo
