The Associate Director - Performance Marketing will lead the performance marketing strategy and execution for programs, driving learner acquisition, enrollment growth, and marketing ROI across India. This senior leadership role combines strategic planning, digital marketing expertise, data-driven decision-making, and team leadership to scale demand generation efforts.



The role requires building a high-performing marketing function, optimizing the learner acquisition funnel, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the national performance marketing strategy for programs, aligned with business objectives, enrollment goals, and revenue targets

Own end-to-end digital acquisition efforts, including paid media, lead generation, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and marketing performance management

Drive qualified lead generation and maximize enrollment conversions through data-driven marketing initiatives

Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, display networks, affiliates, and other digital platforms

Lead, mentor, and guide a high-performing performance marketing team, including campaign managers, analysts, and agency partners
