and retaining employees. This includes managing hiring processes, employee training, and career development programs. The goal is to foster a productive and engaged workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is crucial for creating a positive and effective work environment. Build a proactive sourcing plan and identify sourcing channels and tactical strategies that are aligned to the goals of organization and ensures best talent is identified and attracted by the company.
