Possess good leadership quality, able to manage teams across cities and countries.
Good patience level. Should have a good listener and knows the training skills.
Should have the confidence while speaking with senior management teams.
Should have experience in taking sessions for large forums.
Good command on unique Contract clauses, like COLA, FX, Benchmarking, sweeps clause, step-in clause, insurance, audit ,Termination, limitation of liability , and other financial clauses.
Should have a clear concept on usage of the above clauses in different scenarios , based on deal construct. What are we looking for?
Should have a good writing and oral skills.
Good communication skills as team speaks to CAL/TAL and other senior executives on regular basis, from different geographies.
Should be assertive in communication with the stakeholders.
Should be able to negotiate the nonstandard clauses with the SAs.
Should be able to justify the gaps raised by the SME.
