What would you do? " The Talent Acquisition – Recruitment professional is responsible for the strategic development and ongoing operation of Recruitment services under an assigned client account.



The role supports workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding activities, while ensuring delivery of Recruitment services in line with contractual metrics and operational best practices. The role is accountable for day-to-day recruitment operations" Talent Acquisition - End to End involves managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes identifying job needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. The goal is to efficiently fill positions with the best talent. Responsibilities also include onboarding current hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This role is crucial for building a strong and effective workforce. Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.
