What would you do? "The Talent Acquisition is responsible for the strategic development and ongoing operation of Recruitment services under an assigned client account. The role supports workforce planning, sourcing,



screening, and onboarding activities, while ensuring delivery of Recruitment services in line with contractual metrics and operational best practices.

What are we looking for? "Relevant years End-to-end recruitment delivery (workforce planning, sourcing, screening, onboarding) RPO or managed services recruitment models SLA / KPI management and recruitment reporting Team handling and day-to-day operational oversight Client interaction and issue resolution Exposure to Australian recruitment processes especially in airline industry is mandatory Knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting module"
