What would you do? The Procurement PMO Lead (CL10) is responsible for driving governance, reporting, and operational excellence across sourcing and procurement programs. The role ensures effective execution of procurement processes (S2P / P2P),



compliance with policies, and alignment with business objectives. It involves managing program performance, stakeholder coordination, and enabling continuous improvement through data-driven insights and automation. 1. Procurement Governance & Compliance

Establish and maintain procurement governance frameworks across S2P / P2P processes
Ensure adherence to Brillant Basics, ACF controls, and audit requirements
Conduct governance reviews, compliance checks, and corrective action tracking
Drive standardization of processes, templates, and controls 2. Reporting & Analytics
Consolidate and publish procurement dashboards (spend, savings, cycle time, SLA adherence)
Track key procurement KPIs such as PR-to-PO cycle time, contract turnaround, supplier performance
Support leadership with executive scorecards, insights, and data-driven recommendations
Develop and enhance reporting solutions (e.g.,
