What would you do? We are seeking a skilled and passionate Instructional Design Manager with a strong foundation in adult learning theory, instructional design best practices, and digital learning solutions.



This role is responsible for leading the design and development of high-impact learning experiences that are engaging, effective, and aligned to client goals. You will collaborate closely with learning strategists, delivery leads, content developers, and client stakeholders to bring learning programs to life — grounded in learning research and designed for measurable performance improvement.

What are we looking for? Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or related field.
Certifications in instructional design, learning tools, or L&D; methodologies (e.g., ATD, CPTM) are a plus.
Translate stakeholder input into clear design revisions while maintaining instructional integrity and learning impact. People Development & Team Support
Provide coaching and guidance to junior instructional designers.
