Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata. This role is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and support lead generation goals.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, performing on-page optimization, executing link-building campaigns, and running regular SEO audits for websites and landing pages. The SEO Executive collaborates with content, design, and social media teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital channels. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics,



preparing reports, and recommending improvements based on analytics and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform comprehensive Keyword Research and develop keyword-targeted strategies.
- Strong skills in On-Page SEO, including meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, and technical best practices.
- Experience with Link Building and off-page optimization techniques that follow ethical, white-hat guidelines.
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and how it supports overall SEO and brand visibility.
- Proficiency in conducting detailed SEO Audits and identifying actionable improvements.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword research tools, and popular SEO platforms).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear recommendations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant academic background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an SEO or digital marketing role, particularly in an agency or rapid-paced environment, is an advantage.
